All prints are now done in house and will have a set 25% off, no shipping costs and typically provided in 24-48hrs (Bringing to games, team mom for dist.)
Now for 2025-26 Season you can include Night Shoot option to have a private night shoot session included. All digital images included. Props, extra kits, etc encouraged. Date(s) tbd. These have been popular and give photo pass holders priority before I release dates late into season. Dates have become very limited due to the amount of games, events I am booking. This ensures they will have a date to get night shoot images (all shots included) under professional studio lighting on location (not in studio).
Athlete Focus – This package is designed to add your athlete to my focus list to capture in-game profile, action, candid sid (opens in a new tab)eline, celebration shots same as last season.
Each pass holder will have their own private sharable PW-protected gallery to download their images
Oak Ridge Softball Dates:
10 Game Minimum (31 Games Last Season) – Additional Games will be based on number of passes purchased. This covers my costs for travel, equipment etc.

Game Schedule Expectations* – Currently I am setting 10 games Things happen and 2-3 gives me room weather inclement weather etc. I typically make up for lost time with additional images. Any additional games will be included. Schedule changes I do not control but will try my best to accommodate changes.
Inclement weather, game changes, restrictions is out of my control. While I do shoot in some crazy conditions extreme wind, rain, fog does limit me on angles. Some games will have more images of players than others. I will do my best to make sure by end of season everyone who purchased The Pass will have plenty of images.
