2027 Oak Ridge Comp, Natonals, and Stunt
This includes all images from Comp, Nationals, and Stunt. The price covers all of my travel, Hotel, food etc to be at these events as I am not covered by the school or team. Nationals and State Championships.
You will have two options.
Pay in full – $400 All of it (Thank you this helps cover end)
Pay Deposit $200 today – $200 final payment due Feb 2 – I will send a reminder with separate link.
Nationals – based on last year
A select number of images will be shared each day ( I try to do 2-3 posts on IG). I take a tremendous amount of images per day as I fully plan to be with them as much as allowed. Practice, team events etc. I will edit and post as quickly as time allows.
Images posted – Im a girl dad and very protective of the girls side of things. While I do get shots in various angles I do ensure with team moms and staff that its not derogatory in any way and venerable shots (example splits in air) are taken and put into the gallery are never shared on my end. If an athlete doesnt want something shown I remove no questions. I feel I do a good job of mixing up shots from close up candids to full team and try to mix it up without doing someone dirty.
Last year the views that single week reached a record number of over a million views, countless shares by UCA, Colleges, other Highschools etc. Also I will say colleges do look at my posts and stories. Cheer oddly enough gains more views than any sport I cover for obvious reasons.
Stunt
My goal is to make it to as many as possible. There is some overlay with Softball and LAX that creates conflicts but fully plan on being around for all of it. Pricing includes Stunt Championship Travel costs.
For those not on National roster but will be for Stunt will have an option to get a Stunt pass later. It will not include Comp/Nationals images.
Every image of your Cheerleader will be available for download in HIGH RES at no additional Charge, with printing options.
VENMO
If Venmo please add Varsity and Name in comment. {Example: “Varsity Joe Smith”}.
email Tim@turfblur.com for the email you want login information to arrive.
Media Day Images (if applicable) are included. Images are not authorized for commercial purposes or released to another vendor. Print & Social Media release only.
Game Schedule Expectations* – This gives a clear expectation of how a typical season goes. Things happen and 2-3 gives me room weather inclement weather etc. I typically make up for lost time with additional images.
Inclement weather, game changes, restrictions is out of my control. While I do shoot in some crazy conditions extreme wind, rain, fog does limit me on angles. Some games will have more images of players than others. I will do my best to make sure by end of season everyone who purchased The Pass will have a ton of images.
No Refund Policy – I cannot control injuries, play time etc. This is a booking rate for me to be onsite, prep work on player, team etc. I also cannot go back to previous games if booked after the day of the game. The pricing is split up by avg number of players in previous seasons.
